Bolt Findlay offers mediation in all kinds of disputes and potential disputes:
- family and relationship breakdown
- community
- neighbours
- business
- workplace
Mediation is a process intended to help people in dispute to understand each other’s points of view and to work together to reach an acceptable agreement. The mediator decides how the sessions are run. The people in dispute decide what is discussed and what is agreed on.
We will mediate any dispute where the parties involved are looking for a positive resolution. We do not mediate disputes with any history of significant violence.
Vicki Findlay is our mediator partner. Vicki has been practising as a mediator since 2000. Vicki also works as a mediator for the NSW Community Justice Centres, the Lismore Family Relationship Centre and the NSW Office of Fair Trading.
We also offer a range of facilitation services.
Our fees for our mediation service are negotiable. However, as an indication, the average mediation would last for 3 to 4 hours and cost each participant about $300.
